How do I return an item?
We only offer exchanges. We do not offer a returns policy at the moment.
Can I try before I buy?
Sorry no, we currently do not have a location where you can try on our clothing before you
purchase. You are more than welcome to try on your purchase at home and if it doesn’t fit
properly you can exchange it. We do not offer refunds.
Are these products second hand?
No! all of our products have been chosen by our manufacturer/suppliers. All items are
brand new with tags.
How can I purchase a product?
You can buy your product through this website via paypal or debit or credit card. You can
also contact us directly through our social medias.
My product has arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please send us a picture of your damaged item along with the order number, date and time
and we will take a look in to this for you. You will either be sent a replacement item,
pending you send the damaged one back to us or you can swap the item for something else
providing it is the same cost.
Do you keep all my personal data and banking information on file?
No, we do not.This would happen if you want to save your information on your account on the website.We do not have access to your personal data, unless it is attached to an order that comes through.
Do we offer gift vouchers?
This isn't something we currently offer, although we are sure that we can sort something
out for you in the meantime. Please contact us for further information.
What are the sizes?
We have a different variety of sizes. Our S/M is a 6-10, M/L is 12-14 could fit a small 16. One
size fit 6-14.
Do you have an affiliate or influencer programme?
Currently we don't offer anything like that as we are a new business, but this could be something that we maybe would be interested in the future. If you contact us directly with your information then we will keep you in mind.
